Browsing the portfolio
You can view artwork and interactive scenes without creating an account or providing payment details. This website offers viewing and links to other services; it has no checkout. Purchases and other activities on linked platforms are handled there under the relevant service and seller terms.
Squarespace hosts this website. Loading pages and media involves technical information, including your IP address and information about your browser, device, network and requests. This supports delivery, operation, troubleshooting and security. These activities serve the operator’s legitimate interest in providing a working, secure portfolio. Squarespace also processes some visitor information for its own purposes, as explained in its Privacy Policy.
Email enquiries
The email link opens your email application; a message is sent only when you choose to send it. The receiving mailbox uses Gmail. Your address, message, attachments and information you include are used to respond and follow up. The basis is the legitimate interest in handling correspondence, or steps you request before a possible agreement where relevant. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related follow-up or disputes, and longer where a legal obligation requires it. You can contact the address above with a deletion request.
Interactive drawings
The sketchbook works in your browser. The name you enter is added to your exported image; you can use a nickname. The feature creates the image on your device and does not submit your name or drawing to a Moontory server. Choosing Share opens your device’s sharing options and passes the image to the destination you select. Downloaded and shared copies depend on your device settings and the recipient service’s rules.
Age-screen preference
After you confirm that you are 18 or over, this website stores moontoryAgeConfirmed in your browser’s local storage to remember that choice. It stores the confirmation, not your birth date or an identity document. The current code sets no expiry. Clearing this website’s stored browser data removes it and makes the age screen appear again. This preference is separate from optional-cookie consent.
The bathroom introduction stores moontoryBathWelcomeSeen in local storage after its first display so it is not repeated on later visits in the same browser. This preference has no automatic expiry and is removed when this website’s stored browser data is cleared. A session-storage copy supports the same preference within a tab. It contains no name or other personal details.
Analytics and your cookie choices
With your permission, Squarespace analytics cookies help us understand visits and use of the portfolio. Analytics information can include pages visited, interactions, timestamps, referral information and technical details about your browser, device and network. You can accept or decline optional cookies and change your choice through Cookie settings. Essential technologies used to operate and protect the website are handled separately. See Squarespace’s cookie information for its technologies and their durations.
Clearing or blocking browser storage can reset choices and affect features. Declining analytics cookies does not remove the age-screen preference described above.
Fonts and external links
The design currently loads Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google’s font servers, exposing technical connection information including your IP address. This request is separate from Squarespace analytics. See Google’s font privacy information.
Social, music, support and other links take you to external services when you activate them. Their privacy notices apply there. Email and drawing sharing also involve the provider you choose.
Providers, international processing and retention
Squarespace and Google provide the hosting, font-delivery and email services described above. Their processing may involve countries outside your own, including the United States. Squarespace describes applicable transfer arrangements in its Data Processing Addendum, including Data Privacy Framework participation and contractual safeguards where applicable. Google explains its arrangements in its Privacy Policy.
Browser choices remain for the periods described above or in the provider’s cookie information, unless cleared sooner. Technical records held by providers follow the applicable service arrangements and retention policies; there is no single promised deletion date for independently held provider records.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, and receive portable data. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact moontory.art@gmail.com to make a request. You can also complain to the relevant data protection authority, including the Hellenic Data Protection Authority where applicable.
